Polk DUI Defense Attorney, Lawyer W.F. ''Casey'' Ebsary follows up on an earlier story about creative report writing at the Polk County Sheriff's Office DUI Unit. It appears the punishment for DUI offenders is the possibility of jail and huge fines. The punishment for the wayward deputy, according to published reports, "a letter of guidance for his job . . . go to a report-writing class, and his reports will be periodically reviewed for 90 days."
