How To Write a Florida DUI Citation

The FHP (Florida Highway Patrol) has published a white paper on How To Write a Florida DUI Citation. Florida DUI Attorney has provided access to the 3 page report here. In fact here is access to the entire UTC (Uniform Traffic Citation Procedures Manual) .

There are even illustrations on the State's website to explain the art of ticket writing.
