Florida Visitors and DUI

Police officials claim seasonal residents are a main part of the problem. More people means busier bars. Police Officer Thom Carr says officers have had drunk driving cases where someone registered a .253 on a breathalyzer machine at 4 p.m. in the afternoon - more than triple the legal limit.
