DUI Tampa Attorney - Prosecutors want another chance in alcohol test case

"A ruling that could severely undermine breath-test evidence in Sarasota County DUI cases has prosecutors asking for what defense attorneys call a 'do-over.' Three Sarasota County judges stunned state prosecutors Nov. 2 when they effectively stripped them of one of the most common features of any DUI prosecution: readings from the Intoxylizer 5000, the briefcase-sized metal box that tests whether a driver's blood-alcohol level exceeds the .08 legal limit."
