DUI Checkpoint Trailer
Florida Police Chiefs Association - Traffic Safety: "The State of Florida DUI Checkpoint Enforcement Trailer is a joint effort between the Institute of Police Technology and Management and the Florida Department of Transportation's Safety Office. The unit was purchased for use by smaller agencies that wished to step up DUI enforcement through checkpoints.
The trailer is a 16-foot air conditioned and heated facility that, once set up on site, can be used as a work station. It is well lighted and ventilated.
With two light towers, traffic cones, barricades, generators, signs and traffic control vests, this unit can assist any law enforcement agency in Florida in their efforts to enforce the drinking-driver program in your community."
